I developed these HotDocs® interactive Default Divorce forms (templates) for my own use initially but decided to release them. In the future if enough people purchase the templates I may reveal the source code of the templates so other developers can contribute to the cause or modify them for whatever reason.
The templates include all of the forms necessary to file an Uncontested Divorce in New York State with or without a divorce agreement or by default or by waiver. These are NOT mere boilerplate forms like the ones that come with the Uncontested Divorce Packet. These are interactive HotDocs based forms. It took me many years to put these together. I am sure these are the best forms available. These are made for lawyers.

These HotDocs templates will save you and your firm an enormous amount of time and money in the preparation of uncontested divorces. They save time and money because HotDocs will ask you a series of divorce related questions and merge the data into the form in the appropriate location. The answer file for your client can be saved and used over and over again so that you don't have to type any redundant information when preparing each of the required forms.
Although these templates are intended to be sold and used by attorneys and their support staff, I am willing to sell them to others as well. If you are not an attorney, however, I strongly suggest that you retain one to handle your divorce. These templates are not going to protect your legal rights.
